You should never shave your husky (Or any dog for that matter) for fear they are too hot in summer. Their fur keeps them cooler in the hot and shaving it off makes them prone to chills. It’s the same reason people where thick cloth and turbins in the desert.

So people, i know its seems like a good idea but don’t shave your husky! If your worried about them in the hot make sure they have access to shade and lots of water, somewhere to swim or soak is also a great idea, like a kiddie pool. My male husky loves his kiddie pool in the summer.
